One component library themed across four consumer brands, so each brand feels distinct while sharing the same audited, accessible foundation.
The work
Process
Separated brand-specific tokens from structural ones, built a theming layer that swaps a single brand map, and added automated contrast checks so no theme could ship an inaccessible pairing.
Outcome
Launching a new brand skin dropped from a multi-week effort to a few days, and every brand shipped meeting the same accessibility bar by construction.
