Northwind — Design Token Pipeline

A cross-platform token pipeline that lets a single change to brand color or spacing flow to web, iOS, and Android without anyone hand-editing values.
The work
Process
Consolidated scattered hex values and magic numbers into a governed token set, then built a Style Dictionary pipeline that emits CSS variables, Swift, and Kotlin from one JSON source of truth, validated in CI.
Outcome
A rebrand that once took an estimated six weeks of manual edits shipped in under a week, and platform teams stopped diverging on color and spacing entirely.
