Process
Mapped every Figma component to a coded counterpart with identical props, wired Storybook as living documentation, and set up Chromatic so any visual drift fails the pull request before merge.
Outcome
Design-to-engineering handoff time fell from days to hours on typical features, and the team eliminated an entire class of "the build doesn't match the design" tickets.
